Situation:
Jerry Ulm Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram is a automotive dealership in Tampa, Florida. They hired D2 to address the following issues:
- Underperforming sales
- A low producing service department
- A CRM that was generating insufficient lead flow and an unacceptable closing ratio.

Assignment:
D2 Advertising was hired to manage the digital marketing strategy for Jerry Ulm Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and The Morgan Automotive group

Internet leads increased by 230% in the first 12 months & Closing ratio improved by 65%


Gameplan:
- After 3 months of consistent campaign delivery we grew internet lead volume by 230% without any increase in budget
- We developed a formula where we could forecast a specific amount of lead growth with a specific increase in ad dollars for digital marketing all while keeping the same closing rate on leads delivered.
- Within 12 months the dealership had 1500 leads in the internet department and were closing at 10%
- We identified that website visitors need to return 2 or even 3 times before deciding to initiate a conversation with the dealership. We adjusted strategy again to include sophisticated retargeting metrics that are make/ model specific.
- When Jeep launched the Gladiator model, We implemented all best practices for model launch- compliment the oem strategy, support awareness of the product, and make sure our inventory merchandising was on point on the website.
- We focused on holding a constant impression share on core models in specific target zip codes and went after the competition
